For the second year in a row, MiHaven was awarded the Specialised Housing of the Year Award in North QLD (Cairns) & went on to win the category for the North QLD region for our Specialist Disability Housing (SDA) project in James Street, Manunda.
Proof that MiHaven continues to be the leading provider of SDA homes in North QLD as it rolls out a pipeline of $40m worth of projects to address the critical shortage of disability housing in the region.
MiHaven now goes on to compete nationally for the top spot next year!
