The design and construction of our 1- and 2-bedroom SDA apartments at 189 Swallow Street in Mooroobool have picked up the ‘Specialised Housing’ Award at last weekend’s HIA North Queensland awards in Townsville. This means we’re now a finalist for the 2025 HIA Australian Specialised Housing award which will be held in Melbourne next year.
