Our parent company MiHaven has taken out two categories at the Master Builders Far North Queensland Housing & Construction Awards. Presented at a live-streamed event held on Friday 21 August, more than 35 builders, projects, and individuals were recognised in this year’s awards.

The MiHaven Living project at 92 Martyn Street has won the Medium Density up to 3 storeys – over 5 Dwellings category. The brand new development features 42 private en-suited bedrooms and fully appointed shared zones for cooking and relaxing in a collective-living project that is new to the region Also on-site at the Martyn Street location is the MiHaven Share House, a beautifully renovated Queenslander that has taken out the Refurbishment / Renovation up to $750,000 category.
