MiHaven Care commences Lily Street project

Exciting news as we kick off our first MiHaven Care SDA housing project in Lily Street, Cairns North. The site is situated on the corner of Lily and McLeod Street and is a prime inner-city location in Cairns, QLD. The property will feature two purpose-built SDA Registered residences designed to HPS (high physical support) level. Each residence will be a 1:2 configuration and will be completed to the highest MiHaven standard. The project is already over 50% committed and is the first of many MiHaven Care projects on MiHaven’s schedule for Tropical North QLD. Take look at the full list of features here.
