MiHaven opens Cairns’ first SDA Apartments

189 - 191 Swallow Street, Mooroobool is now OPEN!

After much anticipation, we opened the doors to our very first SDA apartment project in Cairns. These 1-and 2-bedroom apartments at 189-191 Swallow Street in Mooroobool, will be using a concierge-supported SDA model of care.

Concierge support involves the provision of 24-hour on-site shared support by a single Supported Independent Living (SIL) provider, who resides in a separate apartment.

Our first tenant has moved in and we have many more interested!
